PSM Recognized by A.M. Best for 61st Year in a Row

Pioneer State Mutual (PSM) is pleased to announce the reaffirmation of their A+ Superior rating with a Stable Outlook by A.M. Best Company. PSM has been rated A+ for 61 consecutive years and is proud to be placed in a top tier and percentage of insurance carriers in the insurance industry for financial stability. In addition to their 2022 rating reaffirmation, PSM was also recognized in the top 200 carriers nationwide for increased net written premiums.

According to A.M. Best Company the purpose of this rating system is to evaluate insurance carrier’s “financial strength and ability to meet its ongoing insurance policy and contract obligations.” Founded in 1899, A.M.
